Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The paid Creator subscription is sold through Stripe and its Link checkout, acting as Merchant of Record and seller for the payment. Stripe/Link processes the payment, issues the invoice, collects and remits VAT, and handles refunds and payment disputes; a reimbursement following a withdrawal is therefore carried out by Stripe/Link. The purchase may appear as “Sold through Link” on your card or bank statement. The service itself is provided by [Full name / company] (see the Imprint). You can always address your withdrawal to us using the contact details above; we will forward it as needed.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

The Creator subscription provides digital content and a digital service that is made available to you immediately after checkout. Your right of withdrawal expires early if, before the end of the withdrawal period, you have:

• ›expressly consented to us beginning to provide the digital content / service before the end of the withdrawal period; and
• ›confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

We obtain this express consent and acknowledgement from you at checkout, through a required checkbox you must tick before the purchase, and we record it. Once you have given it and performance has begun (your paid features are activated immediately after payment), the right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.
