Guitar tab videosplayed by a real3D guitar.

Drop in a MIDI or Guitar Pro file and a photoreal guitar plays it, note for note: strings light up at the exact frets, a pick works the soundhole, and the take records straight to MP4 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

Runs in the browser. No install, no render queue, no waiting for a server.

File in, video out. Three steps.

01

Drop in your song

A MIDI or Guitar Pro file, or one of the five bundled demos. The guitar reads the notes and plays them on the real strings.

02

Style the instrument

Five built-in looks, a dozen scenes, wood or piano gloss in any color, your own artwork on the soundboard.

03

Hit record

It films itself in real time and hands you an MP4. Vertical for TikTok and Reels, wide for YouTube.

The difference

Real strings. Real frets.

Most tab video tools scroll numbers past a cursor. Here a photoreal guitar plays your track: every note lands on its string, at its fret, and the string rings in its color until the note lets go.

Our SMART engine walks every possible voicing across the whole song, picks the fingerings a hand can hold, capo included, and then tells you the truth about it: Easy, Hard, or Unrealistic. Switch on the tab strip and the numbers ride along inside the video.

The player mid-song: the playability verdict bar reading EASY, 95 percent realistic, over the lit landscape neck.

One song. Five stages.

Each look restyles the whole instrument: scene, body finish, string colors, light and pose. Same song, unrecognisably different video.

Questions, answered

How do I turn a guitar tab into a video?

Open the 3D Guitar, drop in a MIDI or Guitar Pro file, pick a look and press record. A photoreal guitar plays the song, the struck strings light up at the right frets, and it films that in real time into an MP4. Nothing to install and nothing to render on a server. Step by step: the tab-to-video guide.

Do I need to be able to play guitar?

No. It works from the file, so every note lands on the right string and fret whether or not you can play it. If you do play, the same song is waiting in the player with practice mode. More on the free Guitar Pro player.

What makes this different from other tab video makers?

The instrument is real. Most tools scroll numbers or notation past a cursor. Here a 3D guitar actually plays: real strings and frets, a pick working over the soundhole, your colors and your artwork on the body, and fingerings worked out by the same engine that powers practice mode.

What formats can I export?

Vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for YouTube. Every export is full 1080p with no watermark. Free renders at 30fps, Creator at 60fps.

Is it free?

The app is free: player, practice mode, composer, chord library and tuner. Everyone gets three full-quality videos a month for free. Creator is €7.99 a month or €59 a year for unlimited videos, 60fps and the design sandbox.
